I don't think anyone would dispute the superiority of the AAC this season...

But we need to be superior every season.

Nope, I knew the AAC was a good idea from day 1. Only thing CUSA has on AAC is the better Louisiana team.

The Hawaii Bowl should be fun.

Cincy is much better than their 7-5 record indicates. They beat a Miami team that finished 8-4 and had close games with Houston, Temple and Memphis.

Certainly I would prefer to be in the Cactus Bowl vs. Arizona State or the Las Vegas Bowl vs. Utah but this should be a fun game.

The MWC will still be far behind. If you go back through the previous years, the AAC has clocked in the low 70's on the NPI scale. The MWC has been in the mid 60's. Last year was the anomaly, where the MWC was slightly better. In 2 of the 3 other years examined, the MWC was either behind or way behind.

There is nothing next year that says the MWC will better. There's a lot of evidence that the AAC bottom teams will be much stronger.
