For an easier transition for the talent we have.

Out of all the coaches we're currently linked to I think Withers would be the best but that thought doesn't exactly excite me.

Baylor's Briles is too young and inexperienced. TCU's OCs don't seem to be willing to move right now or are looking for a different offer (Meacham to UNT rumors. Cumbie to UT rumors)
