Jk, look forward to our first road trip there.

I wish, lol. You're gonna have a sad time visiting MB now. The majority of strip clubs have been closed and deemed public nuisances.

I'm looking at real estate down there so I'm okay with a little less "Dirty" in the Myrtle. 04-cheers

It makes sense that we play each other early on as we transition and you rebuild.

I must say the stadium looks nice however I am very concerned with one thing. I don't know your current average attendance but you're talking about more than doubling your stadium capacity. What's makes you believe that we won't be seeing a half filled stadium every single week?

This has been discussed a good bit in previous threads but the better competition should help us increase the attendance as well as generating more buzz from the community. We had to turn people away for the first couple of games. We would have had better attendance the next couple of games but the record rain / flooding and corresponding closures caused many issues.

There will be excitement as well as increased marketing efforts. I don't think we expect to double the attendance right away but I think there is plenty of room for growth and we'll see an immediate increase in capacity when we start playing more recognizable teams.

I'll say we will probably have an average of 15-17k a game. It will take awhile to build the fan base but once the increased competition starts I think more casual fans will come. It's hard to get fired up about Presbyterian and Monmouth.

Because a growing school that builds just enough to suffice for current demand will be in a perpetual state of construction.

That's the simple answer to your question.

Unfortunately half the stadiums in the conference fit that bill so they wouldn't be alone. Hopefully they will see a big jump with games against us, GS, and GSU.

Pretty cool how it hangs over the second busiest route to the beach.

I should forward this to our athletic director to show her that Coastal Carolina hasn't even played a down of FBS yet and is already lapping us. Good job Judy.

Looks like there won't be a bad seat in the building. Very close to the action. It's really shoehorned in there.

I don't feel like making an account on your board, but I know Marshall is looking for another home game next year. Most likely against an FCS.

I would love to get a series going with CCU. Wouldn't even mind to play a game at CC once the stadium has been expanded a bit.

I think you guys will get a few sell outs a year in your new stadium. The App State and Ga Southern games should be sell outs or close to it.

They aren't confirmed yet but what I've heard is 21 seats 2-3 standing (on the Boardwalk)
