Looks like Larry Czonka clone to me!!! Sign him up! Oh, BTW,, we happen to have a former player on campus from Horse Head NY who loves UAB and could clue him in on how great it is to live in the lovely South, especially during the BRRRRRRRRRRR times of the year!

RE: Big Recruiting Weekend
Well this would be the reason to your question. you get a free redshirt year to get stronger faster and stronger and eat and lift and run and watch film. Then get your year back. So its like this. You get to go to school go to soccer games watch baseball eat fat sams. Lift weights and run take a free redshirt year let the bruiserers heal then hike up for the next season. Theirs one School in the Nation that has this opp. and Thats the Blazers. But they say this is Good it is Thanks. But the miss out of a Bowl Game with the players of Ganus and the running back from to Indiana has cost us more the the loss to the gane of it all. Howard and the players that went to well all those schools. pretty sure we could of gone bowling this year for the second. Year so we take your punch and propell. Sit out and recruit and Beef up. Watch Games and lift, Eat. watch Film Take a Free Red Shirt Year and say Thank YOu. Thats Why.

A critique of the American educational system seems appropriate at this point. 03-lmfao

Smart to sign extra LBs. We have some high risk linebackers committed. Might or might not sign, and might or might not make it to 2017. Also, most of these commitments are big guys and some could shift and make a good fullback or H back or even a rush end.. Makes sense to sign a lot of tall, mature 230 lb athletes, when you have an entire season to reshape or.retrain them if needed.

Plus we'll probably play a bunch of different guys in different packages.

We're still going to be short of bodies. I figure that they are getting good athletes with the intent of deciding who to slot where later.

Wrong.

40,000 linebackers would be too many.

We could run the 1-6 defense with the LBs we have committing... works great against the spread. 05-stirthepot

Sometimes you accept commitments, just to make sure you have a spot filled if you don't land your 1st choice. Saw decommitments today, when we found upgrades.

IF there was an "American Educational System" in any sense other than the schools physically exist in America with virtually zero national controls, a critique might be justified. The newest education law passed by Congress last week further diminished what little input the national government has.

The only three areas the national government has real power / authority are (#1) the federal lunch program (Dept of Agriculture); (#2) vocational education and (#3) protection of educational opportunity for "exceptional students". EVERYTHING else is, for all practical purposes, totally controlled by the state governments.
