I don't like living dangerously "taking foot off gas". We need to keep running offense for good shot(okay to burn most of shot clock). We were hitting 3's tonight not like against ORU. Live by the 3 or die by it. As Chuck says on TNT, the 3 shot is like a pretty girl when you make it, or an ugly one when you miss. Even Shaq got a 3 against Iona.

I don't like "taking our foot off the gas," either and Haith has a tendency to do so. The problem with our 3 point shooting this year is not the percent, but the amount we are taking. We are shooting a decent 35% from 3, but against UALR we shot 31 3's out of our total 51 shots... against ORU 24 3's out of our 58 shots... unless we are red hot, we should never attempt more than 20 3's a game.
