Oh Boy! Why not announce it? Seems odd considering all other coaches have been announced in other sports at the school.

Yeah, pretty much. Nothing suspect about that at all.

Love how the University rewards below average performance. Typical government at work.

Doing the same with football too. It's pretty bad, huh?

Going 7-5 while playing two top-5 teams is below average? rletterman is making it difficult to visit this site anymore. Can we vote to bounce this anti-WMU tool off the island? Or is there a way to block him so I don't have to read his obnoxious bitterness anymore?

Done. I don't need to read about you venting over your personal vendetta anymore. Childish.

Oh, he'll be reading my posts, he goes out of his way to post on this board with the drama, asking how to ignore (any stooge can figure that out), then to announce that he did it, please. 03-melodramatic

Hope he didn't run his panty hoes getting so worked up.

Interesting article in the Thursday Kalamazoo Gazette about Murray's contract extension by Drew.

This is puzzling. We're clearly going down hill.

Hopefully the recruits they have been touting for the past few years are the real deal when they finally get here.

They are not going down hill and talent is already in place to succeed. This season isn't even half way over, the team is still in great position for a top 4 finish and host a first round conference quarter finals

I'm sure everyone here would rather see this team playing its best hockey come tournament time vs in the first third of a hockey season. I'll take some loses now for some lessons learned later on.

I said this before, this years team is very talented. They are very balenced, can and will compete with all the teams in the NCHC. Goal tending is good enough to give this team a chance to win each night. They have speed and some good skill, with a mixture of size and grit. While they are young, they also have some very good upper classmen who will help lead this team in the second half of the season.

It was an excellent decision on WMU part to extend Murry's contract

This board is like the movie Groundhog's Day! The same thing was said last year and the year before. I realize I am saying the same things too, but history is proving me right. 2 wins against an awful team, after losing 8 straight is not a turn around. It's what should have happened! The 2nd half does not get easier. I hope I have to eat crow, but unless Santa brings this team a new coach, I am pretty sure we are a 6-7th place team.
