But still doesn't change the fact that it's supposed be the normal destination now for the MAC champ...although they let NIU out of it last year. Regardless, doesn't change the fact that you haven't won a MAC football championship in 11 years. Sorry about that.

Also, remember that WMU team you lost to? Georgia Southern pounded them, so they're no slouch.

If the Rockets knock off #24 Temple, UT can possibly finish a Top 25 team. It would show the real importance of a MACC. It certainly didn't get BGSU the MAC's best Bowl matchup. Btw, remember the Falcons were a joke against the Rockets, down 30-7 at one point. Pathetic.
