As a fan of a BCS school, I personally would rather only play other BCS schools in bowls. It is more exciting to play a BCS team. I was disappointed last year that UC had to play Marshall since a Big 12 school was not bowl eligible for the slot. We creamed Marshall and I think a BCS school would have been a more worthy opponent.

and how many games did UC play as a member of a BCS conference last year? what was that? did you say none? and dont give me any crap such as, "i never said we were in a bcs conference last year", you implied it. i think you need to learn about the wonderful world of inner dialogue. its a great place where you can filter your thoughts into those that are insightful and worth sharing, and those thoughts that you should be ashamed that even entered your mind.

Maybe the next time you are ranked, you'll get to play a BCS team. Oh wait, that's right, you've NEVER been ranked. And, if I'm not mistaken, I believe your home attendance for at least one game last season was 8,000. Cincy football is one of the most limp-wristed programs in America, bar none. Your football program should bow down and pucker up for your basketball program on a nightly basis, since it is the ONLY reason you were invited to the Big East, except that conference also needed a couple of warm bodies (along with South Florida, good grief) to stay at 8 football teams so that Mike Tranghese could suck enough weenie to keep your autobid (conferences with 7 or fewer teams can't even "blow" their way into the lineup).
