Ellis makes his job so much harder by putting the ball on the ground before going up. He needs to learn how to just go straight up and score. No need to dribble.

Anyone know what our home attendance is this year? I did not see the Butler game but every other game has not looked too good.

When i was a student he brought Cal into the shoe and beat us. The next year (1995-96) we went into Cal and beat them on the return game. Cal had Sharif Adbul Rahim (sp).

They also had jason kidd and nfl te gonzalez in one of the games

That was not very impressive. Take away the first 8-10 minutes of the game when UC got up 22-4 and this game was pretty even from that point.

UC's 3 point shooting was awful.

I think Evans twisted his ankle in the first half.

If UC plays like this next week they will lose by at least 20 points.

UC does a poor job of getting back on defense in my opinion. Being able to block shots bails them out against weak competition.

Morgan St. got to the basket with relative ease the whole game.

Morgan St. was sending a player down the court right when a UC player took a shot.

More or less crap. Better come to play next weekend.

Sloppy defense in the 2nd half.

I think the team might have mentally let down after surging ahead big early. Morgan state also slowed their possessions down considerably which I think threw the team out of rhythm also.

Tonight sorta felt like a bit of disinterest due to looking ahead.

Just shot way too many 3's (29) and only made 6. Can't fault them all because a lot were open looks but settled too much against weak competition.

Defense was sloppy second half - some of that could be from Mick playing around with lineups. I expect they'll come ready to play on Saturday.
