Stadium renovations
What ever happened to the new additions to the stadium and renovations That Frazier announced last year? Haven't heard much more about it, I know we can barely fill the seats now but was wondering if they still plan on adding south end seats

We have not received an update from SF. Still in the silent phase, so we are not sure how much money has been raised at this point.

GOOD QUESTION. No recent rumors on jumping to a bigger conference lately either. Could the renovated stadium lead to an eventual invite to join the Big 12???07-coffee3

I wonder if they are close at all to corporate naming on either the football or basketball facility?

3M Stadium sounds tasty.

Go figure. I remember 3M had (do they still?) a couple warehouses in DeKalb (or was it considered Sycamore?).

They have a monster facility in Dekalb and just announced its doubling in size.

Tough to announce any athletic expenditures when the state is broke and considering closing several schools.

The stadium renovations AND olympic sports complex, baseball field, softball field, and soccer field upgrades are ALL PRIVATE FUNDS.
