This is the fan base that assaulted our players and ultimately contributed to a massive brawl that put a black eye on OUR university. These are the players that are self-proclaimed "gangsters". And what is our response? "Their fans are so classless I don't even think we should play the series anymore."

Better idea: let's start getting fired up again. Let's stop taking crap from a tiny private College whose students spend their weekends in Clifton anyways. Over on the Xavier boards they're wondering if UC even has a fan base anymore. Can you blame them? Instead of fighting back we just rolled over and accepted irrelevance.

No more conversations about Moose. No more sh*t talking the other Bearcat boards. No more witty remarks about Tuberville's golf game. If we are going to accept irrational notions (as all message boards do) let's at least make them about another school.

What's the Bearcat mascot doing outside a state penitentiary? Oh, sorry, that must be the X campus.

Just to change gears for a moment. I just saw where the game is on Fox this year and will be shown on Fox19 locally? When is the last time that happened where the Shootout was on regular free TV? Will be nice to not miss the first 5 minutes of the game because ESPN can't cut away from a lopsided blowout that is in its last minute foul fest.

My understanding is that it's on Fox national which is 19 locally.

Sorry. I knew it was on nationally, I meant in addition to it being shown on local non cable/satellite TV.
