Short pants? Not exactly.

These were short pants.

Bo Lamar. Led the nation 2 years in a row in per game scoring at about 36 points per game and that was long before there was a 3 point line.

Yup. What they wear now looks more like silk pajamas.

Since we have only faced one decent team, our game against the islanders should give us a better idea of where we stand in the conference picture

And hopefully 6-1 going into the game at Pullman against Washington State. Kaspar has put together a pretty light non-conference schedule and if he can have a decent season in the Sun Belt, he should at a minimum put together a winning season for the Bobcats. With a little luck he might get to 20 wins.

Astate leads North Dakota state 38-31 at halftime.

I expect we'll blow it. We're not allowed nice things in basketball, see?

I am going by what Warren Nolan has as Texas St s record vs D1 opponents. Isn't it 2-1?

GSU closes out Wright State 59-46. I don't know if Wright State just had a bad game shooting or what, but our defense looked really good in the second half (except for beyond the arc, where Wright shot over 40% for the game...one of the issues our defense will face again this year).

North Dakota State? Really? I wouldn't have thought it warm enough up there to even fully inflate a basketball.
