How Tommy Tuberville feels about facing Auburn in a bowl game

Doesn't matter. Conference dictates a lot of what happens with the bowls and will likely make sure Memphis plays a Power 5 team. Just as Navy will. Temple should too. Cincy will play a middle-MAC or CUSA team, as we should.

How about, "It would be a great opportunity for a statement win for the Cincinnati football program."

I'm kind of surprised he didn't act shocked and say, "We don't even belong on the same field as the almighty Auburn Tigers." Then drop down for a quick genuflection.

I get it that it is tough to coach against a school you either played for or coached for in the past, but it happens all the time. Heck, Tubs did it at Auburn against Ole Miss.

As for Tucker, its not as if he is the starting QB. Kid will be wearing a baseball cap and carrying a clipboard all night long.

Yep, if we see Tucker in the game then he knows he's got much bigger problems.

You guys a reading this as Coach not wanting to play Auburn because he used to coach there. I didn't see him make that comment. What I read is that he would rather not coach against a team that his son is on.

I guess it depends on what you want to read into the article.

Either way they would drill us. We cant beat teams with a pulse and havent since the arrival of this coach.
