No, the attendance for the men will be a lot better. Girls team is not very good, don't see them winning more than 5 games all year. Can't rebound, can't run, and can't score. Long season ahead.
The women's team appears to not have moved forward so far. There is not one returning player (except for Woody) who looks better than last year after six games. But we need to remember that four of the first six games were against teams in the top 50 RPI and Toledo had a strength of schedule of 42nd before the Dayton game. So I expect that the team will look more competent going forward. I don't see them competing for a conference championship but I bet they will be around 500 in the league (I hope).

The thing is, it's hard to understand why we're so bad. Sure, Inma was amazing, but you don't expect this kind of drop-off when you only lose one player. Our inside game does not exist.
Very slow bigs with bad hands. JayAnn was doubled a lot and why not? Who else will score? If there was a pos it was Haylee Prinz, and to a lesser extent McCintyre (sorry for sp). And still no word on Boyd who would have helped on D with her speed. Not being on the bench (transfer was missing, too) doesn't bode well.

Why does Cullop insist on continuing to play her?

Per Cullop, Boyd has a concussion and did not dress.

RE: Dayton thread
Usually bugs me when I have to miss a basketball game. Hate to say it, but it doesn't look like I missed much today.
