Wrestling rankings
The B1G has six teams in the top 10 and nine programs ranked overall in this week's rankings. This is one of the reasons I was so excited for Rutgers to join the conference; it's the premier wrestling conference in the nation.

RE: Wrestling rankings
9-1 and ranked #10. We're killing it and still only the sixth best squad in the BIG. This conference is insane. We already have our tickets for Wisky in January. We're bringing 50 from the town's wrestling programs K-HS. There is a ton of excitement about BIG wrestling around here. Last year RU set a single season attendance record and jumped into the top ten in attendance. This year RU is a proven commodity and ALL the B10 home meets are at the RAC so we should do even better with fan support.

RE: Wrestling rankings
Right now, women's soccer and wrestling are out two best programs. Men's soccer seems to be on the upswing and women's basketball while down a bit from their high points is always respectable. After that, its a wasteland right now.
Back to the topic at hand, Big Ten wrestling is just obscene. And Rutgers only loss is to fellow Top 10 Oklahoma and by a single point at that.
