We are a 3.5 point underdog on the road to a high scoring NE-Omaha team (89 ppg). They are shooting .468% from the field and 74% from the charity stripe.

They have a couple big guys, White and Thurman, who are both shooting more than 55% and putting up say 16 and 15 ppg.

Each is in the 6' 8" range and about 230 - 235.

Looks like a battle of the bigs.

If one is looking for an edge, their PG, Patterson, has more turnovers than assists.

I suspect we'll win the battle in the backcourt. The frontcourt? That should be a good one.

Yep. And for those who don't like ESPN3, it sure as hell beats paying $8.95 every time EMU visits another school without ESPN3 and we have to shell out a fee to watch one game.

O/T, BTW, anyone who wants to watch for free can watch Oakland play Georgia on ESPN3 starting at 7:00 tonight.

Georgia has former standout Yante Maten and the big man recruit EMU really wanted, Mike Edwards. Both are getting sign. minutes for Georgia. I forgot who all recruited Maten.

I believe game time is at 8:00 P.M. Can't wait to watch Raven come off bench. The Mavericks won't know what hit them...

I re-watched the Madonna game and the reason it looks like a 4 - 1 zone is that Bond, especially, really plays far out and is ready to fast break. That's how Bond gets all of those fast break plays.

Bond is now our new PG Murphy declares saying that he has to play Bond where his abilities fit. He was a PG in h.s. until he had a growth spurt.

I'm with you, Frank. Chad is always reliable. We are lucky to have a very solid PBP guy.
