I agree. This video of the ODU game has nothing to do with the LaTech game. Some USM fans just can't help themselves.

if I had a crystal ball and all things are equal (in my head), Monk will one day call his visit here one of the most satisfying......
he deserves that if he survives ego......the gunga din awaits....it's his choice now.....and he's nailing it to date.....
can't remember the last 'TTT' post by a southern miss fan......monken hasn't had one despite some questionable decisions.....that's just bad as confidence in a message
so many of us saw him growing into becoming a pure head coach on the learning curve.....
you cannot give that man enough credit at this point.....it make me smile when good people that work their arse off and succeed in ways that most would run from.....well, that's the person I root for....
IMHO, the reason Monken doesn't consider leaving after this year only comes down to one thing......if southern miss football achieves what many are now acknowledging in '16??????
Monk gets a free year to mature a tad more in front of the camera along with having his staff and his players with a juco recruiting season that should be equal to last years.........he hit's the jackpot.....it's why he took the job and did it his way.......he knew what the residual effect would be win or lose........they will be scrambling at his feet next year if everything works out.....
that man has cods and a brain to match.....and like the rest of us, he has stumbled at times......but dadgummit, I couldn't have asked and received a better gift as a fan after '12.....
that man has earned his stripes this year........that's why I liked him out of the gate.....that's what you want in a coach....no bs and ownership at the helm
