Which Big 12 team goes to the Sugar Bowl?
This is assuming Baylor beats Texas Saturday. Who gets the nod out of Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma State?

If Baylor beats Texas, then they go as they will be #2 in the big 12 based upon tie breaker rules.
If Baylor loses to Texas, then Oklahoma state will go as they will be #2 in the big 12 based upon tie breaker rules.
TCU can not go as they cannot finish higher than 3rd in the conference based upon tie breaker rules. What is interesting though is that TCU will likely finish higher than Baylor or Oklahoma State in the Playoff committee rankings.

Yep, TCU and Oklahoma State will likely not make an NY6 bowl. Only the B1G will place three teams in the major bowls this year.

RE: Which Big 12 team goes to the Sugar Bowl?
I think the tiebreaker for the Big 12 is flawed. In this situation it isn't a big deal since the teams are closely ranked and it is only for second place, but the system encourages in game point manipulation. If this case, nothing TCU could have done could have gotten into the Sugar, but the point differential tie breaker creates situations where teams would be motivated to run up the score, or worse, run down the score.
Consider the following scenario (for first place in this scenario) where each of the teams is 7-0 versus all the other teams in the conference:
Team A beats Team B by 7 points
Team B beats Team C by 1 point
In the last game of the year, Team C leads team A by 21 points in the fourth quarter
What should team C do?
Well at that moment the point differential totals are:
Team A- -14
Team B- -6
Team C- +20
By the Big 12 rules, Team A is eliminated, then it goes to head to head between B and C and B wins out because of head to head.
Team C needs to let Team A score 9 or more points in the fourth quarter so that team B is eliminated from consideration, not team A.

Wait, why does Baylor win the tiebreaker?
all 3 would be 7-2 in conference.
all 3 are 10-2 overall.
all are 1-1 against each other.
all 3 lost to Okie

Because Bears are more dangerous than lizards or cow herders. Even when shooting them.

Here is the Big 12 tiebreaker
So it is tied until we get to b.3. The point differential tiebreaker. OSU beat TCU by 20, BAylor beat OSU by 10. TCU beat Baylor by 7. OSU point diff= 10, Baylor = 3, TCU = -13. TCU is eliminated from consideration. Then it goes back up to the head to head results, so Baylor is the pick.
This isn't a big deal fro the Sugar, but can you imagine if this tie breaker system was used to determine the champ for the playoffs? And can you imagine the in game comments when one team is trying to get its opponent to score so it can have the most ideal "point differential".
I think the Sugar should get to choose its replacement instead of using the league tie breaker system. For the playoff, I think they need to ditch the point differential rule or maybe just use overall point differential and pick the team with the biggest point differential instead of eliminating the team with the worst. It would encourage running up the score, but that isn't as bad as running down the score.

I hate point differential tie-breakers. Hate them with a passion. Bottom line is did you win or did you lose. If the tie can not be broken that way, then they should just let the Bowl decide.
