funniest play I've seen yet with the new rules with coaches not able to call timeouts on the fly...

Nebraska ball down 3 to #21 Miami with 25 seconds to go. Coach for Nebraska calls timeout to ref and ref ignores him like supposed to. He's screaming to his players to call a timeout, but a guy from Nebraska takes a 3 and makes it to tie it up.
