RE: AAC Mens BB RPI's
Damn Wichita State is now 2-4 and Indiana State is 3-3
I figured both of those would be decent wins.

Let's see UC plays Butler, Xavier, Iowa St and VCU in non conference games...East Carolina plays Charleston, SC Upstate and NC Wilmington on their non conference...I think ECU as already peaked on their RPI...all downhill from here on...

We've already played Cal, SDSU, and Little Rock. But shift your argument however you want to make you feel better about losing to Butler.
Also you have to win games to boost your RPI.

Memphis problem is that they have just 1 non-conf road game (i.e. remember, you get 1.4 pts for road games...and just 0.6 for home games), as Pastner just loaded up with mostly easy home games (already lost one they shouldn't) which has killed their RPI.
Memphis did have a neutral site game vs OSU (1.0 pts).
I think in some past years, Memphis would have more non-conf road games which always helped their early RPI.
We play @South Carolina in a few weeks who is currently 14 in the RPI and undefeated. If we can win that and not Pastner any other games, our RPI should be fine going into conference play.

South Carolina is big and rebounds well, they were definitely beatable when Tulsa played them, but you will have to play a good game to win.

Indiana State I can't explain, but Wichita State hasn't had VanVleet since they played us and one of their best players (Grady) got hurt against Alabama so they didn't have him for two of their losses. Once they get VanVleet and Grady back and once Frankamp becomes eligible, they will be very tough to beat.

Hopefully ECU's rpi isn't over 150...that would kill us when we play ECU
