I will have post game highlights up from this game. Looking at their record, and our own... this could be a close game for us if we continue not shooting the ball well. I am not 100% convinced the offensive explosion against Stetson is a good barometer of us turning it around. FWIW, in our last two meetings they have won the games.

We lost to Northeastern by two, who beat nationally ranked Miami (FL) by one. So we have that going for us so far.

I don't think you're going to see much activity on this board once football is over....

it's amazingly sad how bad this conference is collectively....

hoops was the one thing people were semi-optimistic when all yaz left.....

across the board, the records to date and margin of loss is scarily disgusting.....

cusa hoop fans are not anywhere close to being happy right now......

There's decent teams up top though — Louisiana Tech, UTEP, Middle Tennessee, UAB. Possibly ODU if they get Stith back and settle down after a crummy start. The bottom half is horrendous, but it's not a total clusterfire.

not trying to be an arse, but "decent" only gets one tourney bid....

I think many had higher expectations....

it's only my two cents the way I see it right now....

I'm trying to keep the ECU wins gloating down a a few notches because this is our first win against FAU in 3 tries

An at-large for CUSA is extremely unlikely, but that said, as we saw last year, it really only requires one team to be in the conversation. If La. Tech, UAB or Middle Tennessee stay strong throughout the OOC and conference schedule, then lose in the tournament final, they'd be strong candidates for a bid. But that's easier said than done. Still, the path is there.
