Interesting Iowa State Factoid
Since 1920 only one Iowa State football coach has had a winning record; Earl Bruce (36-32).

Clearly not the reason he chose the place. He just liked it. Would have been easier to take, him leaving for a program with tradition or a history of winning. Hope he's happy there though.

I don't. He's there to get rich as quickly as possible. Don't blame him for that, but I do fault him for the philosophical BS he fed everyone here.

+1. This. Just another snake oil salesman who duped Toledo into believing all his BS about loyalty, etc.

Wow! You guys need to get a grip and come back to reality. Nothing MC did was classless or shady or BS.

It's funny how a yesterday the majority of people here were glad he was leaving, now the majority of people are pissed that he left.

Lying through your teeth isn't classless? Just because others also do it doesn't make it acceptable in my book.

LOL
This season I really grew to like the guy.
Which lead me to believe that 100% he would be gone at the end of the season.
And EVERYONE on this board was saying that not long after we got ranked as well that he was likely on his way to that big P5 payday.
