One of two things happened here with this post, Mo. Either, you are referring to Baton Rouge as "Hell", as used in your sentence. If that is the case then you are right on the money in one regard, that Baton Rouge is synonomous with Hell. Good call.

I was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Ms. I am a proud and loyal LSU fan though.
I pull for the others when they are not playing LSU.
I pretty much pull for any SEC team if they are not playing LSU. Opps except for Alabama, Georgia, and Auburn :D
