It'll be a shame if someone comes in and scraps everything so they can institute their system, then we end up struggling more than necessary, like when Porter changed from Spread to Pro Set and tried to make us a power running team at the flip of a switch, with Spread-skilled personnel.

We need to get the right guy but get him in a big hurry. Recruiting is fully underway TODAY & every day we wait, we get behind further - where we already have an uphill battle.
