03-woohoo

If Paul Johnson has ONE IOTA of sense, he fires Sewak immediately and offers Richt OL coach and recruiting coordinator.

Kirby Smart's ability to coach up may be questioned. His ability to recruit is not.

145-51 record and they fire him. He led UGAg to three top 4 finishes.

Will Miami go after him?

If I'm Schiano, Rutgers is one of the last choices on my list. With them being the the B1G East, they have no shot at winning. The B1G is also going to 9 conference games next year.

Incredibly active carousel. By all accounts, LSU should send their AD packing...if they haven't already..

Edit:::BTW, this from that SBN article from the OP, strikes me as incredibly odd, even patronizing in its wording after having fired him:

"Mark has the opportunity to remain on our staff at the University of Georgia, and would be heavily involved with outreach programs for our former football lettermen via the PO Network as well as other University and Athletic Association initiatives. We wish Mark, Katharyn and his family the best as he enters a new chapter of his life."

This might explain the wording...the CBS Sports take:

Georgia has fired coach Mark Richt after 15 seasons at the helm of the Bulldogs, the school confirmed to CBS Sports' Dennis Dodd and later announced. Georgia finished 2015 with a 9-3 record after beating rival Georgia Tech on Saturday in Atlanta.

The Bulldogs have referred to Richt's departure as a mutual parting of ways with athletic director Greg McGarity saying Richt will be given the "opportunity to accept other duties and responsibilities at UGA following the bowl game."

I hope we look into him. He could do great things for our program. Plus, he's a former player.

I would think your administration would be talking to him right now...a coach that basically averaged 10 wins a year for 15 years in the SEC...No Brainer...

They would be crazy not to.
