It's about to be winter time there, it only makes sense. Will there be some lake effect snow to go along with that?

Orgeron would be a better hire - especially if we are willing to give him money for an OC. Or honestly, I would be OK with him keeping Lester. I'll admit that I was very negative on Lester last year/off season, but I actually think that he has a lot of momentum, and I think that he did a decent job. He needs to lighten up on the hits to the QB, but it seems like we are way better on offense this year. Given how young our O is, that's incredibly promising. If he stays with Lester, I would like to see a good OL coach and a good WR coach. Atkins (our OL coach under fHCDM) would be great, but I'm not sure if that will happen. I'm also not sure who we could nab for a WR coach.

I think Cuse could use an eccentric coach (with proven success) to re-energize the program. Orgeron would be my pick.

He even used to coach at Syracuse, so he knows the school/program. He's the guy we should hire.

Keep Lester as a QB coach/recruiting coordinator. Hire an Air Raid guy for OC. Look at Daoust for DC?
