RE: Will this year's USM basketball team be the worst team in CUSA history?

we just lost to w/c.....c'mon man.....the talent level on this crew is abysmal.....
We're clearly something beyond horrible, but on the same night we lost to Carey, UTSA lost by 14 to Central Arkansas, and they've now followed that up with their own loss to a SWAC school. FAU lost to Warner. UNT's only wins so far are over Texas College and Jarvis Christian. None of that helps us a bit, but the question posed was not, "Is USM bad?" it was "Is USM the worst in the history of the conference?" It's too early to tell if we'll even secure that title for 2015-16.

fair enough....
I'm looking at it from the looking glass of, "if there was ever a time to be bad...."
I will admit sans the southern miss bs......I never saw this one coming relative to the conference.....at this point, I think the messrs should just curtsy and wave like the queen....I know it's not her fault.....not yet anyway.....
southern miss has never been a 'staple' in hoops.....we only get to enjoy a smattering....and the latest was shattered due to faith in an tub-0-turd generator.....
vetting.....it's not that hard....it's like remembering burt in boogie nights and his speak on the DP show today.....sad stuff it is.....

It wasn't so much a lack of vetting as it was either turning a blind eye or outright hiring him to do exactly what he did. I forget which one, but one of the USM beat writers said that when Tyndall was hired, someone familiar with Tyndall told him, "He's going to cheat a little, but...." Tyndall's history wasn't shrouded in mystery or anything.
Until some evidence turns up, I won't go so far as to say anyone explicitly signed off on it. I do, however, have a really hard time believing the news of these violations came as a shock to anyone who was around at the time.

call me crazy, but I'm just one that believes in people doing their job properly....I don't have time to pay attention to details.....would be like monken not trusting his assistant coaches....
I've lived here long enough.....I know those folks.....I think '12 and now this has finally opened their eyes....one can only hope....
