100% accurate. Only the veterans on this board will remember this, but Harmon was indeed listed sixth on the preseason depth chart and ended up being our starter. What I don't recall is which opposing coach stuck up for Novak when a reporter made slight of NIU's offense. He said something to the affect: "That's not true, sorry to say but I'm not sure I know who is our sixth string quarterback let alone be in a position to rely on the guy. In the long run, NIU will be deeper and stronger for having had this misfortune, hell, at some point maybe they'll win a bunch of games they don't deserve just because things have a way of balancing out."

He was the QB when NIU broke the streak against central, believe it or not.
