You know you've reached success when customers are po-ed you're closed for business, lol. UT should help him expand and facilitate delivery of the goods. Got to be a tough business when you cannot even begin to estimate the number of customers. I think you just get it ready and when it's sold out, put up the sign and say "thank you, sorry, see you next game."
