What irony. Last year UT loses having to play a WR at QB. Now this.

Ohio is about to avenge that loss in the 2011 championship game.

Also, our beat down of Ohio is looking better and better.


It's crazy watching these two teams duke it out. They are both so beat up. Ohio is on their 3rd string QB. NIU is on their 4th or 5th string QB. And does Ohio have any healthy linebackers left?

Goes to show how teams can get in your head for years on end, even as coaches and classes change. There's really something to it. Same goes for Toledo who couldn't get it done on their home turf.

So we'll have beaten both teams that beat NIU - yet we can't close that deal ourselves.

NIU has been playing with fire for a while now, constantly playing from behind to win in the 4th quarter. Now they're getting burned.
