Yes. I'm not advocating for throwing friends under the bus and manipulating enemies to constrain the options of domestic political foes. I'll leave that as the Obama legacy that we should depart from, ASAP.

That article could confirm what some people in the media have hypothesized in the past couple years - that the US was/is aiding ISIS to unseat Assad. Lots of he-said, she-said in the article.
