Haven't read the article, but I think it is. We're beating the teams we should but getting blown out by better teams.
We need some big shakeups in the offseason.

RE: Grizz---Beginning Of The End?
I'm more in favor of starting from scratch. But we have to do it right... new GM with draft chops. Maybe a coach willing to develop young guys if DJ can't.
Trade Mike, TA, Z-Bo, and Marc for picks and young promising players. No sense in having a bunch of money committed to guys who are older and can't win with young developing players on the court with them. Get something for them while you still can.
It'll hurt to blow up this roster b/c I love Mike, TA, ZBo, and Marc. But you won't get anything for TA or ZBo. Mike and Marc are the only guys with big value...

I don't want to completely blow it up. Build around Mike and Marc. Get rid of Wallace.

RE: Grizz---Beginning Of The End?
A couple of thoughts...
1.) We've asked this question periodically over the last three seasons. Every time we do, the team comes out and makes us forget that notion. Nobody was asking this question six months ago when we were up 2-1 on the NBA champ. I've heard this conversation too many times. BUT, our team certainly isn't getting any younger.
2.) Tony and ZBo have absolutely no value on the trade market. We'd probably have to pay someone to take them and their contracts.

You either blow the whole thing up and get tons of young talent and picks or you deal one of TA-Zbo and one of Mike-Marc to get something good in return while keeping a couple core pieces and fan favorites.

Zbo absolutely has value. TA does not, unfortunately. He would have if we had decided to move on from him on draft night.
