Most look right on (nice to see the Tribe as the biggest favorite on the board). Only two that stand out are the Colgate/UNH line is a point or two closer than I would've thought (seems like UNH by 7 and a hook) and while I know SDSU is darn good, 5.5 seems like a lot AT Wa-Griz.

Also, SUU/Sam and CCU/Citadel games should be great and like hanky said, I am so happy we're not in one of these.

6-5 WIU got gifted with that 10-1 Dayton team. I see them moving on then everyone will say how strong they are and were right to get selected.

Everyone will say that because WIU was, absolutely, right to get selected.

I suspect most will disagree with you. I don't follow most non-CAA teams closely enough to have an opinion, but I will say that I always thought the arbitrary 7 win thing was dumb and have no problem with a 6 win team getting in if justified.

To those who disagree, I ask - is an 8-win team necessarily better than a 7-win team? Assuming everyone answers "no," then why is a 7-win team necessarily better than a 6-win team?

I think UND should have gotten the last seed. They were 7-4 and they beat a I-A, Wyoming. Am I losing any sleep over the fact that WIU got the last seed? No.

NH and Fordham (in that order) are the worst two at-large teams in the playoffs by the numbers. NH was likely the last team to get in and I am pretty sure that was stated during the live broadcast. WIU's name may have shown up on the screen very last based on how they revealed the brackets, but I truly doubt they were "the last team in" when the committee was making their decisions.

UND, and maybe even Towson, probably should have gotten in over NH... but NH was benefitted by, and likely made it into the field because of, (1) the fact that they finished red hot after a very rough start, (2) the fact that it is their 12th consecutive playoffs appearance, the longest active streak and far ahead of both North Dakota State and Sam Houston State who are next at five straight appearances, and (3) the fact they were a national semifinalist each of the past two seasons

You can make a similar argument that UND should have gotten in over Dayton. Just because Dayton has 10 wins doesn't make them a playoff team. Dayton has a sagarin of 208 and UND of 147 and Towson 143.

By who's #s? Sagarins?

They said during the selection show that SHSU, UNH, EIU, WIU (no particular order) were the last 4 in.

Well they did play a P5 (L Illinois 44-0) and 6 playoff teams (went 3-3) + 1 loss to a non playoff team.
On the other hand what sticks out to me is you have an at large going to a 6 win team that was raped by another I-AA team 59-7.

But like 71 said, I ain't losing any sleep over the fact they got in over UND..
