The SBC is still developing as a conference after 15 years.

Another couple of years with a championship game and Coastal this conference will be ready to roll.

We're seeing improvement. More OOC wins, better attendance at most of our games, parity with other G5s in TV money, better baseball, better basketball (even after losing two good clubs WKU and MTSU), much better football, better and more bowl games. better TV exposure than other conferences.

We also sense that the conference is finally stable and that (with one or two exceptions) the people in our league actually WANT to be here.

Getting more bowl games is a big get. That helps the SB in the post season to show wins over other conferences and gain a more favorable perception.
