No one has any interest in starting a football NIT and no one is seriously entertaining dropping to FCS. As crappy as the current system is, it doesn't make a lot economic sense to be FCS if you have any choice in the matter.

The 4 team playoff favors Heisman factory programs, not the P5.

Anyone without a 75,000 football stadium is excluded.
