I've seen quite a few posts this year from the ole Floyd of Rosedale fans saying they are going to destroy us in this tournament if we advance because they are a "top 5 team".

They might do it. Right now, Our guys can't throw it in the ocean if they are more than 6 feet away.

I thought the fans might have been exaggerating the bad perimeter defense until I looked it up. Opponents have hit 11.6 treys per game so far. We are going to get open looks. We need to take them with confidence and knock them down.

Yeah, but unfortunately we're shooting like 27% from the 3 this year as a team which is good for #304 in the nation. Hopefully we can up that percentage a good bit on Friday. If we could start hitting some our team would be infinitely better.

They lost to Chattanooga.

I hope their fans are right. I want another swat at Iowa St. They give us no credit for winning last time.

I'm perfectly okay with the looks I get everytime I wear UAB gear (which is the majority of days).
I happy to leave it as is. I hope we beat Illinois and they lose to VaTech

That was a fun read. Their fans are not as Illinoising as I expected them to be.
