Golden domers will be pissed... playoffs will be 8 teams soon, which ultimately will be bad for UC.

I think it will "help" UC in that at least one spot would be guaranteed to a G5 team if things expand to 8.

That said, I definitely definitely agree that it would almost devastate UC's chances to get into a P5 barring another raid by one of the established P5s against a fellow P5

IMO, Oklahoma's wins are far more impressive than Notre Dame's. If they win @ Oklahoma State, I fail to see how the committee keeps them out vs. ND.

I would tend to agree. However, if you want to go the with the "common opponent" angle, OU lost to a very bad Texas team that ND thumped. ND would also have the "better loss" to Clemson vs. Texas. OU certainly looking better at this point, but hard to keep ND out if they win at Stanford.
