Probably because ODU is playing a top 25 team and not an NAIA or D2 school.

I've yet to see any ODU fans puffing their chests on these boards. Sounds more like something I've seen from Louisiana Tech, Marshall, and WKU fans.

Is there something that I'm not seeing?

Have you been paying attention?

Amen. ODU has been puffing their chest since they were picked in the top two of the basketball teams this year....long year ahead guys.

UAB will win it again

We shall see. Maybe we'll see the rest of CUSA do something about scheduling good opponents so the RPI can go up in the league. ODU is doing it's part, where are you guys? That said, lets hope no one has any more injuries this year. These kids are working their butts off and I hate to see their dreams crushed by injuries.

WINS are the only thing that matters in conference rpi...

losing games no matter who they are against (other than D2) HURT THE CONFERENCE RPI. Win a D1 game against little sisters of the blind and it help the conference. Lose against duke...it's still a loss and all the RPI cares about is...

AVERAGE winning %

A lot of crap has been talked.

ODU fans were ready to throw this league under the bus after one week of the season. A lot of basketball left. How bout ya'll support the conference and give things a chance to play out. At least a sample size worth to make assertions.

I am afraid just when we get rid of the idiots from UCF a replacement is already in place.

They're more like ecu. Remember all the crying when they were left out of the Ack?

I'm glad they lost.

Nah, ECU has a history of scheduling non-D1 schools in basketball.

You guys keep saying this. Seriously, what is wrong with our schedule that it's so terrible? I mean we have Tennessee, WVU, and Maryland. We have some good mid-majors, and except for some tournaments I don't think we play anyone considered terrible. What is so standout about ODU's schedule?

The history of CUSA scheduling cupcakes and tanking RPI is obvious. At least pretend to give a crap about at large bids. I don't mind ya'll kicking us when we're down, we lost to a top 25 school, what did you win against? a D II school? There are a lot of games left to play, and as I said before, lets hope on more injuries happen to any school in the conference.
