If the BXII does expand it will be very difficult to leave Memphis out. Just way too many positives now.

Well than you have to also count Notre Dame --- but I think both teams have national followings / brands enough to be excused.

ND is pretty much P5. They have their own path to the CFP and access to ACC bowls, I believe.
