I don't think we have to offer as much...Herman probably has the top recruiting class in the conference coming in...Fuente does not.

Sounds like Houston knows they arent getting a B12 invite anytime soon, and need to start upping the ante now in order to try to quell Herman leaving.

I was thinking we'd have to exceed 3 million as well and make the pool for assistants more. This will at least show if we're truly committed, even if he chooses to leave.
