S#$@! My fault. Okay, but how is the fan base holding up this year. Optimistic for next season? I don't know what you guys have coming back.
We will be excellent next year. I'll leave it at that.
QB Philip Nelson - starter at Minnesota (or) Kurt Benkert - groomed as successor for Carden
RB Derrell Scott - former 4*, played at Tennessee as a freshman (or) Marquez Grayson former high 3* with offers from Clemson, Auburn, Florida State + Anthony Scott - former high 3* + Shawn Furlow - former high 3* + Johnnie Glispie - high 3*
WR - James Summers - former 4*, current QB + Isaiah Jones - Biletnikoff Watch List + Trevon Brown + Deondre Farrier - former Florida commit + 8 others STACKED group
OL - Return 3 of 5 starters
Lots of teams in our conference can point to star ratings or offer lists from high school. They don't mean a whole lot. Benkert is unproven.
That said, I do think ecu will be better next year.

Phillip Nelson IS proven though. He has won games for Minnesota against B1G competition.

I didn't mention Nelson in my post before. I don't know much about him and when I try to look it up all I seem to find is info on his assault charges, etc. I don't think he has taken an in game snap since 2013, is that right?

Regardless of Nelson vs. Benkert, there is no where to go but up at the QB position for ECU. We will be better next year.

Vegas knows nothing. We have been favored the last three games and lost each one.

I don't think you quite realize how much UCF has quit on the season. ECU still has a bowl game to play for at 4-6.

We've only covered the spread twice all season, and barely.

Rather stay home. No one wants to watch an 6-6 ECU team.

It's gonna take a minor miracle for this team to get to 6-6. For me it's I don't have much urge to watch a team that's going nowhere and is running out QB's that we all know won't be the guys next year. One will be a receiver and one will be the third stringer.

This was supposed to be a good game leading up to the season.
Last year, UCF used ECU to catapult the Knights to a conference crown.

Memphis fans should really quiet down a bit. In your best year in history, you're going to end up in the same bowl ECU played last year against a 6-6 opponent.
