Funniest thing I have read in a while. Thank you for posting. I wish the writer did not use profanity to make his point otherwise he is absolutely correct. Instead of worrying what racist put the poop in a bag on the steps, pick it up and put it in the trash and move on with life. These kids are in for a real shock if they think they can go through life with being offended even when a person places poop on he steps.

Like I have said before, the crazies tend to come out of the woodwork if you even mention the word "racism." Clearly there are crazies at Vandy (as if we didn't already know that)

It's good to see that there are some sane people left. I was disgusted when members of the Missouri protests were upset and saying that their "tragedy" was equal to what happened in Paris when the Paris terrorist attacks took over the news last weekend.

Imagine if a group of white students tried to do this at an historically black University. I'm sure accusations of cultural alteration would be thrown around, along with the perceived loss of ethnic identity... It appears that this generation is looking for a cause/fight to call it's own, which is fine. But having been born in the early 60's and raised primarily in the south, (the geographical area most thought of as the poster child for racism) I can tell you first hand that the everyday interaction between races has improved 100%. Actually the only time in recent memory that I hear the "N" word used in everyday conversation in public places is by blacks. Which honestly comes across as juvenile and tacky.
