I don't chest thump! In fact, I rarely stop here anymore because of that.

Love him or hate him, the guy is a football coach who takes nothing for granted. Appreciate him delivering a history message to what is a mostly uninformed media.

Sure looked good out of the flex that day against a historically good D.

That may have been a more impressive game by the Eagles than the FL Gators game. Offense was moving the ball with our basic bread and butter plays!

Bama didn't know what hit them that game!

I think his message was a planned message more for his team than it was for the media.

I do the same except every time I see G5, I think it says GS. Drives me crazy.

Moral victorious for the Southern fans. But for real, i'm in tears after watching that interview. Part of that is because it's Georgia Southern, the other is because Saban can say whatever in the hell he wants to say and he could still be elected Co-Governor of that State.

I believe his reasoning for this happening is clear. They couldn't get the look in practice because it isn't something everyone can just pick-up on the fly for a week and do. Florida was more impressive because A.) You guys were so in their heads you had Florida players blocking each other ten yards down field and B.) Because you outscored them. (In case you didn't know, this means you actually won the game on the scoreboard in an otherwise forgettable season).

Co-Governor? Is he sharing the title with Miss Terry?

Outstanding observation! The cats out of the bag now fellas. The Bama game was much closer than the score would indicate. Three plays had a huge impact on the final score hence the sore spot with Saben. One blocked field goal for a TD gave Bama 10 pt cushion. We make that short first down its a potential different game. Bama gave up an average of 70 yds per game rushing including the 305 we put up that year.
