Women's Basketball
Just a little synopsis after Game #1:

Verdi played 12 players last night. He has 14 scholarship players. Thought we would be at 15 scholarship players (limit for women).

Nickens is a transfer sitout. Tiggs, a frosh, did not play. Redshirt candidate???

Couple of the newcomers look to have good potential, Baldwin and Deans.

Otherwise, it is pretty much last year's team minus those who used up their eligibility.

RE: Women's Basketball
Baldwin is going to a beast under the boards a good backup that might become starter. Kehoe is picking up her game play and a good hustler but prone to fouls. For some reason Janay was ticked off before the game but she stepped her play form the first game. Webb very good and Cha was outstanding almost midseason form. We have something special here and people need come and watch these ladies play.

I agree with you on Baldwin. She will be a big part of this team.

A good center is hard to find, either men's or women's basketball.
