Anti Pastner Neg Nine seen on the Miss Bridge
Well. Well. And well again. And maybe one more time.

Tigers take #8 Oklahoma to the wire. Announcers AND Lon Kruger describe Memphis as "well coached".

These Tigers respect and listen to Pastner...and play hard for him.

Al and others simply cannot imagine that.

Pastner will likely 25+ games again this year; and his COMPLETE recruiting class will likely be highly ranked.

So a bus load (yes, a small bus that holds only NINE....including Alcade the driver) were last seen on the Miss bridge looking over the edge because their sole reason for existence.....has been exposed as a fraud.

This Memphis team is an NCAA team with some wins in the dance.

Well that did it. We have been described as a "well coached" team rather than the other way around......

Well, I hope you are right, but the jury is still out. Encouraging effort today, but we should have won.

Well,if Oklahoma is the legit no.8 in the nation then Memphis is top 25 and should be in the NCAA tournament....

I'm sorry, is this a memphis basketball thread? Puffing out your chest about a close loss at home? When did you become a fan, 2010? Take a look at our history going back to 1980 or so sometime

Well hey there, Josh. Been a little while. It was nice to see you may have figured it out. You seemed to stay out of the huddles during timeouts, and let Damon do the in game coaching. We did appear to be well coached, and I guess that's why!

I believe that he is leaving no matter what happens. That being said, this team hustles and is a vast step up from last year's team. I came away being impressed.

RE: Anti Pastner Neg Nine seen on the Miss Bridge
I am pounding my chest after a homes loss.

We had an opportunity to win this one and I wish we did. Couldn't say that against most top competition the last few seasons. We have 2 kids that are supposed to be in 12th grade playing against top 10 college competition. They are talented, playing hard, playing defense and will only get better... fast.

This is going to be a good season.

Well this is the first big game at the beginning of a season--the first one in a long while-- that I didn't consider burning a couch.

Come on man.

You know you were expecting us to get rolled. Instead we looked like a really good team.

There is nothing wrong with getting pumped about the positives here after a horrible season and summer..

Lighten up, Francis.

I'm sorry, did I make the post trying to call out the Bad fans (in the OP opinion)? Did I try to be directly antagonistic to a large segment of our fan base?

No, I did not. Maybe you should try some reading comprehension and then take your own advice, Francis.
