Gameplan for Centenary
Shoot 50+% field goals. Limit Centenary to under 40% field goals. Win the offensive rebounds. Limit turnovers to under 10. Bench scoring at 25 pts or better.

RE: Gameplan for Centenary
Ultimate strategy. Score more points than Centenary. That'll do it every time.

It's great that we will have Mareik back on the floor. Don't know how many minutes but know he will play. Coach said he is excited to have him back.

Can't wait to see him in Beards system! And I'd say that's a good game plan, Mr. Basketball. We do that every game and is say we'd rarely lose.

We ought to be able to do the first three without any problem. (Ought to: we didn't do the second against CBC.) The last two will be tougher. We do need to get the turnovers down; I am sure that has been a point of emphasis in practice. Ought to be able to get the bench points, because I am hoping they play a lot.

Trojans with 46.4% field goals. Centenary with 32.7%.
Trojans win rebounds with 55 to 24.
Turnovers were 12.....:(
Trojans with bench points of 64....!!!!

Pretty close, uh?

Not shabby at all. Still a work in progress. Letting a DIII team get within 2 that far into the game is a problem. It's a process, though it will be ugly early. I have full faith in Coach Beard to have things humming later in the season once everybody gets used to the system though.
