wow. Just went outside for lunch downtown. The wind is already whipping. Tonight is going to be nuts.

Just saw that O'Hare has closed five of its runways because of the wind.

Tailgating west of HS. The wind is nasty, impossible to setup tent. Safety first. East side fans will be very cold tonight. West side fans my have some protection from the wind. I hope Huskies are going north in the 4th quarter.

I seem to recall a game many years ago when I lived in IL that was negative wind chills and I could not believe that water I made for Hot Chocolate froze as it left the thermos. Maybe in the late 80s early 90s??? Anyone else remember that one. Maybe there were 300 people in the stands when the game started.
