the nickname is from his Miami days ... keep it.

As far as points, yes, he isnt going to put up many 20+ points per game but having a starting pg come off the bench is amazing. MC appreciates it I'm sure. Best of luck to Beno!

I like his athleticism and aggressiveness. He at least draws the D's attention, and often a foul. Notice he MADE 13 fts last night. When was the last time a Grizzly did that? I don't expect this level of production every night (WHO WOULD?), but the effort and idea that he COULD make some threes or get to the stripe make us a better team even when the production drops.

He'll have plenty of WTF moments, but the guy shows up in big games. The Heat don't beat the Spurs in 2013 without Chalmers putting in serious work in Games 6 and 7. Stage doesn't get any bigger than that.

The thing that I like the most about him is the pace at which he plays. That second unit plays at such a fast pace now that Chalmers is the guy leading them

Everyone knows these performances won't keep up. But he looks much more comfortable knowing his role, as opposed to Miami, where they jerked him around, benched him, and then played him inconsistently.

He's gonna help Conley big time. Won't have to handle the ball as much and it will save his legs and help his jumper

That shot hurt so much but he was just doing what he was supposed to do. Had we done the same, we would have won.
