You don't think Boise St. has a chance if they get to the CCG and Win? I think they would be a top contender if Temple and BG and LA tech are champs with 3 losses.

No I don't. Temple would have the win over a top 20 Navy or Houston. That trumps anything that Boise can do. Also Boise needs to win out to just make the title game, AND have New Mexico lose to one of Colorado St or Air Force(both games at home).

Unless Tulsa Beats Navy or UConn beats Houston. Still a couple of games that are not gimmes. We shall see...

Boise State still faces Air Force.
The MWC is tougher than people think they are.
Houston still have a shot at the playoffs since so many schools in front of them lost.

Well, odds are really good that Navy/Houston would be ranked with loss this week, then win over other next week. So, Temple would be getting a ranked team.
And like I said, Boise needs help to just make the MWC title game. They don't control their own destiny.

No, the MWC is absolute GARBAGE this year. 7-27 against FBS teams this year, 2nd worst in all of FBS.

Only in your mind. The only teams that P5 really blew out was Fresno State, Hawaii and Wyoming.
Air Force was competitive against one of the Michigan schools. Utah State lost by 10 to Utah. UNR was scoring points on Texas A&M.

No, it's only in YOUR mind that the MWC was tough. Sorry but pretty much with a scintilla of a brain knows that the MWC is garbage. 4th best G5 conference- behind AAC, MAC, and CUSA.

Temple is not going to be the AAC champ at 11-2.
But would you agree that if Temple is AAC champ at 11-2, they are the G5 rep?
That sounds highly likely. I don't actually think that would be a toss-up call, but if it was seen as a toss-up between two champions, they'll give the nod to the champion in the conference with the most CFP ranked schools.
But good luck getting Louis Kitton aka Kittonhead to agree to the framing of a question that gives an answer he does not like.

They just lost by 21 to South Florida and only have 1 P5 win.
The SOS favors Bowling Green over Temple.
Navy could win the West with 2 losses. That would spoil a G5 championship for Temple.
I wouldn't be surprised if South Florida won the AAC East since they wrap up with UC and UCF that is terrible while Temple has Memphis and an improved UConn to contend with.
Kitton,
For Temple to win their division they will have to have beaten Memphis and Uconn. For Navy to win they have to beat Tulsa, Houston, and Army.
Long story short there is no likely way that the AAC champ has more than two losses unless Temple does not win their division and USF wins the championship game.

Bowling Green lost badly to Toledo tonight. I thought if absolutely everything broke right in the American, Bowling Green could have been the team. That's over now, but Toledo has strengthened it's chances and always was stronger if it won out and won the MAC (with only 1-loss). They still need Northern Illinois to lose to get to the championship game though and would need help in the American.

USF is the big monkey wrench in things for the AAC.

And since NIU woke up in the fourth quarter of their game against WMU, that now means that Toledo is cheering for OhioU next week.

Well thankfully these discussions will end on Tuesday. It's doubtful that Toledo will have a chance with NIU playing at home during a weekday against an inferior team.
