Houston Press Conference

If healthy, Ward is still the guy. Paxton Lynch is a dude.

So is Kyle Postma 04-rock04-rock04-rock

The crowd was huge

RE: Houston Press Conference
I like Postma. Clean cut kid, who is motivated and was ready to play. He has a lot of potential. I know it was against our secondary but he made some good passes, and he extended a lot of plays with his legs. QB's like that will be successful. It's good to have a QB like that sitting and waiting on his turn.

Ward is still my favorite player not in a Memphis uniform. We were able to just focus on him and it was clear what our defensive game plan was. I hope he's ok and good to go for the remainder of the season. Postma was a capable of tearing Memphis apart throught he air, but Navy has a much better secondary and the zone they play leaves no room for error.

Ward is a better matchup for them. Lynch was able to run against them a bit when he took off, but the windows were so tight through the air.

They play that zone and want to make you run the ball. I think Ward will be key to that game for Houston.

Goodluck moving forward Coogs!
